The Alliance des collectivités pour la qualité de l'air (Alliance of local authorities for air quality) is organizing an air quality conference in Strasbourg on October 18 & 19, in partnership with ADEME, the City and Eurometropole of Strasbourg.

This first national conference, aimed at local authorities (elected representatives and staff), will take place over 1? days at Strasbourg's Hôtel de Ville. The event will bring together a large number of local authorities to talk about their involvement in the fight against air pollution.

A wide range of topics will be addressed during workshops and visits. Our experts, members and partners will address today's biggest issues, providing practical answers and sharing their experiences in the fields of mobility, urban planning, indoor air quality, green spaces, energy and communication.

This event will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase community projects that, at the crossroads of health and climate issues, contribute to improving the living environment and quality of life for local residents.

Through this conference, we hope to :

• Highlighting local authorities' commitment to air quality
• Providing keys to understanding to encourage communities to get more involved
• Bring common demands to the national level
