The Groupe Français de recherches sur les Pesticides (GFP) is organizing its 54th congress from May 27 to 29, 2026, at the University of La Rochelle. This edition will address the impact of pesticides on air, the environment and health, with researchers, industrialists and regulators focusing on the “pressure – exposure – impact” analysis framework. This concept links pressure (quantity and frequency of use), exposure (contamination of environments and organisms) and ecological and health impacts. This integrated approach aims to better assess risks, identify levers for action and enrich the scientific and societal debate on pesticide use.
