On Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Atmo Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is organizing an event focused on radon for construction professionals. The event will take place at 7 rue Denis Papin in Valdahon (25), in collaboration with Pôle Energie BFC and with financial support from the Regional Council.

The session will focus on the nature of radon and the conditions under which it accumulates, its health impacts and the resulting demand, as well as the technical solutions available. The results of a local survey conducted on 129 homes and the initial work undertaken following the measurements will be presented.

Ventilation, masonry, HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, drywall installation, heating: many different trades are involved. Advance registration is required.
