A French SME at the forefront of air purification and disinfection technologies.
Airinspace was founded in France in 2002, following the transfer of air filtration technologies used on the International Space Station. Plasma technology destroys microorganisms and odors with very low energy consumption, thus contributing to the safety of astronauts.
Building on this unique expertise, Airinspace expanded rapidly into the hospital sector, and is now present in all French university hospitals and in 50 countries worldwide.
The company has recently added a range of products for public buildings (Établissements Recevant du Public – ERP).
Airinspace equipment is designed for both air treatment and disinfection.
Producing in France, a historic commitment.
Since its creation, Airinspace has produced all its equipment in France at 4 industrial sites in Romorantin (93), Pruniers (41), Saint Désir (14) and Bondy (93).
All equipment is certified Origine France Garantie by an independent body, meaning that over 65% of the value is produced in France.
Airinspace equips the most critical hospital departments, such as haematology, infectious diseases, transplants, intensive care, burns care...
Since 2020 and the arrival of the Covid-19, Airinspace has been expanding in two additional directions:
- Airinspace equipment is being deployed in new hospital and medical-social services to help limit the spread of the virus between patients and among caregivers. Covid services, Ehpad and medical practices are gradually being equipped.
- At the same time, Airinspace is developing high-performance equipment for use in establishments open to the public, in full compliance with official recommendations. School and company canteens, bars and restaurants, sports halls and crèches all benefit from high-performance equipment.
We develop and manufacture our products in France and market them in over 50 countries worldwide.
