AtmoSud is the Association Agréée par le ministère en charge de l’Environnement pour la Surveillance de la Qualité de l’Air de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (AASQA). It is an associative structure that brings together four colleges of players:
Local authorities
State services and public establishments
Manufacturers
Environmental and consumer protection associations, qualified personalities and/or health professionals.
It is a member of the Atmo France Federation.
Ce que nous faisons:
The association is constantly improving its knowledge of atmospheric pollutants and air quality. It identifies populations at risk of exceeding health standards, highlighting areas where action is needed.
The association fulfills a mission of public interest. AtmoSud informs and raises awareness among citizens, the State, local authorities and economic players. It offers decision-making support to help implement the most appropriate actions to improve air quality. In this way, it contributes to changes in individual behavior.
