LOD PROTECT

LOD Protect and its R&D team have developed a solution combining light and secure protection against viruses and bacteria in closed environments, such as offices, meeting rooms, open spaces, waiting rooms, etc. 99% of viruses eliminated in 1H for a room up to 120M2, at a height of < 3m.

A ventilation system draws in ambient air and passes it through a profiled tube equipped with UV-C rays (highly effective ultra-violet radiation used by the medical profession to disinfect surfaces, purify drinking water and in the food industry). At the end of the circuit, the air exits the tube 99% free of any viruses or bacteria.

In less than an hour, the LOD completely disinfects the air in a 12m2 space (with an average ceiling height of 3m), even when people are present.

For the first time, LED UV-C rays can be used in the presence of people without any health risk. In other words, this LOD-AIR luminaire offers business owners, the self-employed, nursing homes, shops and restaurants, and all areas open to the public, young and old, a simple, affordable and effective solution for welcoming customers, staff, students and patients in complete safety.
