AMELIO l'habitat durable dans la MEL, la Maison de l'habitat durable, the city of Tourcoing and the Métropole Européenne de Lille are organizing a workshop entitled "Heating with wood and air quality: raising awareness and good practices" on January 17, 2023, from 6 to 7 pm, at Tourcoing town hall.

The aim of this workshop is to teach you how to use and maintain your wood heating system in an efficient and environmentally-friendly way. Inadequate or misused wood-burning equipment can contribute to air pollution.

During this workshop, you'll discover how to achieve a successful combustion, choose and store your wood properly, and maintain and sweep your heating system. You'll also learn about indoor and outdoor air quality. At the end of the workshop, you'll receive an ignition kit.

When registering, please specify whether you use logs or pellets.
