ADEME and the Alliance des collectivités pour la qualité de l'air are organizing two days on Low Emission Mobility Zones on November 20 and 21, 2023 in Paris.

The event will address issues of governance, support for the most vulnerable, consultation and communication, and the link between state and local aid. Perspectives and concrete solutions will be presented during plenary sessions and workshops: alternatives to car use (carpooling, transport on demand, etc.), individualized support for residents, deployment of public communication, working with professionals, consultation with neighboring territories, etc.

Program

• Monday morning: Overview of mFEZs (European benchmark, governance, territorial specificity...)
• Monday afternoon: Mobility solutions (alternatives to car-pooling, transport on demand, etc.; individualized support for residents, work with professionals, etc.).
• Tuesday morning: Implementation of mFEZs (support for the most vulnerable, aid systems, consultation and communication, inclusion of neighboring areas, etc.).
