Initiated by Madeleine environnement in partnership with the Roannais Agglomération health department (as part of its health and environment education policy), a conference on indoor air quality will be held on October 19, 2022 at the Centre Pierre Mendès France in Roanne.
We spend around 80% of our time in enclosed spaces, particularly in homes and offices, where the air we breathe can be of poorer quality than the air outside. This is because, in addition to outdoor air (which can be highly polluted), we also have to deal with pollutants specific to indoor air, such as DIY products, cleaning products, coatings, pets, furniture, heating, humidity... our lifestyles have a direct impact on the quality of our indoor air!
Yet there are simple solutions to improve our health and well-being by breathing quality air at home.
This conference, led by Catherine Motte, Indoor Environment Advisor at Mutualité française Auvergne-Rhône Alpes, will give you a better understanding of how sources of indoor pollution impact our health, and teach you how to (re)learn and adopt the right daily gestures to limit this pollution and improve your quality of life.
