[Workshop] Mobility and health: walking with air quality sensors and accelerometers in hand - October 1, 2022
Event Description:
The Pacte laboratory proposes a walk with citizens equipped with measuring devices. Objective: to test a "protocol" for tracking individuals on the move using pollution sensors and accelerometers.
Rendezvous on October 1st from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Depart from Grenoble train station and arrive on campus via different routes and modes of transport.
This shared experience will be followed by a discussion on indicators of exposure and physical activity according to routes and modes of travel.
This afternoon will be divided into 2 parts:
- 3pm: meeting point at Place Robert Schuman (behind the station) for sensor walks.
The walk will take place in small groups, following different routes and modes of transport. Groups will arrive at the MACI (Maison de la Création et de l'Innovation, 339 Av. Centrale, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères) to discuss the data collected with the researchers. - 5:45pm at MACI (Maison de la Création et de l'Innovation, 339 Av. Centrale, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères). A Conf'errance will be presented by the "Un euro ne fait pas le printemps" company, following a residency with the Pacte laboratory research teams and local authority mobility departments.
