From June 2 to 5, 2026, Lyon’s Cité des Congrès will host the 38th Congrès National de Médecine et Santé au Travail (CNMST 2026), organized by the Société Française de Médecine du Travail (SFMT).

This quadrennial congress, which brings together several thousand occupational health professionals, has structured its 2026 program around nine themes. Among those of direct relevance to air quality:

• carcinogens and occupational cancers (with a focus on the identification and assessment of risks linked to airborne chemical agents, post-exposure monitoring and new data on exposure-pathology links);
• emerging pathologies and risks;
• and the “Santé-travail, Santé-environnement, Une seule Santé” (health-work, health-environment, one health) axis, which examines the links between occupational and environmental exposure.
