Who we are:

Air Breizh, a non-profit association under the French law of 1901, is the body approved by the Ministry of the Environment to monitor air quality in Brittany.

What we do:

Air Breizh's missions are to :

  • Measure and anticipate air quality levels in relation to regulatory thresholds for a dozen harmful pollutants in ambient air in Brittany.
  • Constantly inform government departments, elected representatives, our members and the public about air quality in the region.
  • Study and assess air pollution linked to industrial, agricultural and tertiary activities:
    • Emission sources
    • Pollution levels
    • Impact zones
  • Raising awareness to help implement behavioral changes.
