The Qi2 research network "Air Quality, Health Impacts and Technological and Policy Innovations" was created to structure a research community on the Ile-de-France scale. It brings together laboratories, institutional partners and economic players in the field of air quality.
What we do:
The Qi2 research network enables knowledge and information to be shared on indoor and outdoor air quality, health impacts and public policy aspects of land use planning, transport and public awareness.
Drawing on a trans-disciplinary approach - atmospheric chemistry and physics, biology and medicine, geography, urban planning, sociology, transport - the network aims to develop innovative knowledge and tools in the field of air quality.
The aim is also to encourage technological, political and civic innovations that could help improve air quality for the people of Paris Region.
The Qi2 research network is structured around three main themes:
